Who is responsible for your data

Syntellogic is the trade name of the party responsible for your personal data, located in Nogales, Sonora, Mexico.

What data we collect

If you ask for access to the demos: your name, your WhatsApp, your email if you leave it, your industry and what you want to solve. We also keep which demo you opened and when, and the IP address you sent the form from, only to limit repeated requests.

If you write to us through the contact form: your name, your phone, your email, the service you are interested in and your message.

We do not ask for sensitive or financial data, and this site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. The demos use a session cookie to keep you signed in while you explore them.

What we use them for

To give you your personal link to the demos and send it to you, and to contact you by WhatsApp, phone or email about what you asked for and follow up.

We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for their advertising. Only the providers that host this site and send its email handle them, on our behalf.

Your ARCO rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use or withdraw your consent. Write to contacto@syntellogic.com with your name, the WhatsApp or email you left and what you are asking for, and we will reply within 20 business days.

If this notice changes, we publish it on this same page with its new date.
